His operations, multi-facility management, and contract experience allowed him to transition into talent acquisition consulting and recruitment where he progressed and executed strategic initiatives for hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and multi-specialty physician groups. His interest in real estate and a desire to build a business with his wife led him to become a Realtor, get luxury certified, and develop a unique niche in the market. Robert enjoys fly-fishing, writing, multi-sport activities, and professional leadership development. Mary Beth moved to Denver after completing her degree in Cytotechnology from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Her career began at Porter Adventist Hospital where she became an integral member of Rocky Mountain Pathology. As a hospital-based Cytotechnologist, she assisted the El Paso County Coroner with autopsies and worked with Pathologists, Radiologists, and Cancer Care physicians to perform fine needle aspirations (FNA). Mary Beth enjoyed a successful career in Pathology with hospitals and private labs prior to becoming a Realtor. She obtained her luxury certification and continues to work with her husband to develop their niche. She enjoys social entertaining, event planning, cooking, working out, and interior design.
